Hi, I'm Mindy, a luxury travel advisor, professional itinerary over-thinker, and someone with an obsession for beautiful hotels, unforgettable experiences, and discovering new places.

I grew up on Long Island, attended college in Washington, D.C., and eventually made my way to Miami for graduate school, where I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy. These days, you'll usually find me with a spicy margarita in hand, watching a beach sunset, discovering an incredible hotel bar, or planning my next adventure.

Having explored 48 countries, I've developed firsthand knowledge of many of the world's most remarkable destinations, allowing me to provide thoughtful recommendations and design journeys that go far beyond a typical vacation.

My Instagram, @mind_y_viaje, actually began during COVID as a cooking account called @mind_y_comida, where I challenged myself to make something new each week while the world was on pause. As travel returned, "viaje"- the Spanish word for "journey" - became the natural evolution. Mind_y_Viaje is inspired by both my name and the idea that every great journey begins with thoughtful planning. Living in Miami, the Spanish influence felt like the perfect fit.

Ironically, I never set out to become a travel advisor, but looking back, it feels like I was always headed in this direction. It all started by planning corporate travel for my husband's business. Somewhere along the way, I realized I genuinely loved researching hotels, designing itineraries, uncovering hidden gems, and talking about travel more than almost anything else. What began as a hobby quickly became a passion, and eventually, a business.

Today, I specialize in creating personalized journeys that combine exceptional hotels, unforgettable experiences, and seamless planning. Whether it's a once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon, a multi-generational family adventure, or a long-awaited getaway, I believe the smallest details often make the biggest difference.

The best part of what I do is helping my clients create memories they'll still be talking about years from now. Travel has given me some of my most meaningful experiences, and I love helping others discover destinations, and moments, they'll never forget.
